The Across International AIVAF-200-mini Compact Arc Melting Furnace is a benchtop, high-performance metal melting system that can flip alloy ingots for multiple melting cycles without disrupting the protective gas atmosphere and can prepare multiple samples simultaneously, making it ideal for universities, research laboratories and institutes working with refractory metals, metal carbides, and alloy sample preparation.
This small arc furnace features a water-cooled copper crucible with five melting stations, allowing multiple samples to be prepared efficiently while helping prevent cross-contamination. Its mechanical arm flip mechanism enables alloy ingots to be turned and remelted through multiple cycles without breaking the protective atmosphere, improving sample uniformity and workflow efficiency. The system also includes observation windows, internal LED lighting, water-cooled chamber components, and an optional suction casting device capable of producing small metal rods, making AIVAF-200-mini Compact Arc Melting Furnace a versatile solution for laboratory-scale arc melting and casting applications.
Main Features
1. Observation windows on the front and left, LED lighting inside the chamber for monitoring arc melting.
2. Vacuum chamber, copper crucible, and arc electrode all use water cooling.
3. Up/down movement uses a steering wheel design; control joystick rotates smoothly.
4. A mechanical arm flip mechanism is used to turn alloy ingots without disrupting the protective atmosphere.
5. Small crucibles in large quantities allow easy preparation of multiple samples while preventing cross-contamination.
6. Suction casting device at the bottom can cast Ø5mm metal rods.
