This vertical tube furnace uses low-energy ultrasonic vibration to atomize a liquid precursor into fine droplets. The liquid is delivered to the spray head by a syringe pump for continuous or intermittent atomization, then reacts in the high-temperature zone. Synthesized nanoparticles carried by the flowing gas and free-fall settling are efficiently collected in a stainless steel canister.

Typical applications: thin-film spray coating (solar cells, fuel cells, touch screens, soldering flux, glass film coating) and nanomaterial synthesis.

System Components

• Atomizer: 2.4 MHz ultrasonic atomizer that converts the liquid into fine droplets fed into the tube furnace. Connected to a stainless steel liquid-collection reservoir so un-atomized liquid cannot enter the tube.
  
• Liquid flow control: precision syringe pump (10 µL–60 mL syringe capacity; flow range 0.184 nL/min–83.318 mL/min; stroke accuracy <±0.35%; RS485 / Modbus).
• Heating section: tube furnace, 1200°C max.
• Continuous nano-collection unit: 60 mm dia. collection canister with gate valve for emptying without breaking the process.
