High Frequency
Across International IHG series 30 kHz to 1100 kHz high frequency induction heaters are the premier solution for the rapid heating of metals and various conductive materials. High frequency induction heaters can quickly heat metals that other frequencies cannot heat efficiently, like aluminum and metal powders. Ai’s IHG series can also heat parts from a distance, something unique to the high frequency induction series. These heaters are ideal tools for fine steel wires (such as those used in dentistry) annealing, small precision shaft quenching, hard alloy saw blade brazing and metal powders melting.
Mid Frequency
Across International IH series mid-frequency induction heaters are designed to operate between 30 and 80 kHz. Mid-frequency heaters are excellent for small parts heating, cutting, diamond tool brazing, soldering copper plumbing fittings, auto parts heat-treating, annealing of stainless steel containers and more.
Low Frequency
Across International's IHL series 1 kHz to 20 kHz low frequency induction heaters are ideal for a wide range of applications including deep heat penetration for full hardening processes, steel rod forging, tempering of pressing dies, pre-heating for welding, and melting of metal batches over 4 lbs. They are not limited to ferromagnetic materials, so nonferrous metals can also be used effectively.
