A set of 76mm diameter (ID) hardened steel dry pressing die set for pellet presses, ready for you to make 76mm diameter cylinder-shape pellets. Heating system with programmable digital temperature controller allows heating up to 250C.

  • One steel sleeve with PT-100 heater and sensor

  • One thermal isolation plate

Important

  • Always wear protection goggles during operation
  • Clean the die set throughout with absolute ethyl alcohol and keep them in a dry box with silica gel after use to avoid rusting on the surface.
  • Never apply pressure beyond 300 tons
